We would like to inform you that the La Canea Living is fully harmonized and implements all the special health protocols on the basis of which the tourism companies operate in the context of taking measures against COVID-19, as defined by the Joint Ministerial Decision No. 1881 / 29.5.2020 of the Ministers of Finance - Health - Tourism (Government Gazette 2084 B '/ 29-5-2020).
In the reception area there is an "Information Booklet of Visitors for the observance of health protocol in the context of taking measures against COVID-19.", which mentions the measures taken by the tourist accommodation against COVID-19.
The tourist accommodation La Canea Living has received a "Health First" Certification from the Ministry of Tourism which proves that the company complies with the health content protocols.
Following you will find a list of some of the practices that has been implemented to protect you during your stay.
- Training of the staff regarding Covid-19 health & safety protocols.
- Hand sanitizer will be available in key places.
- Enhanced in room cleaning using covid-free certified products and cleaning in high temperatures of all bed linen, towels and fabrics.
- Check in at 15.00 and check out at 11.00 am/ to ensure there is sufficient time to deep clean the residence for new guests.
- Non-residents are not allowed to enter in guest rooms.
- A complete medical kit will be available at the ground floor
- Doctor available for consultation.
