PREPAYMENT POLICY
Bank deposit:
- 30% required for the confirmation of your reservation
- 70% required 7 days before arrival date at the latest
Credit card payment:
- 100% of the reservation amount
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival date: 100% refund.
- Cancellation from 14 to 7 days prior to arrival date: advance payment is forfeited.
- Cancellation 7 or fewer days prior to arrival date: the full amount charged for all the rental period is forfeited.
- For pre-term departures, there is a cancellation fee equal to the 50% of the remaining rental period.
- Check-out time until 11:00 am. If residence is used until 18:00, there is a surcharge of 50% on the entire daily house rate. If use is prolonged after 18:00, the entire daily house rate is to be charged.
OTHER INFORMATION
- You will be responsible for any damage caused to the rental property during your stay, either by you or by the people with whom you share it.

- Guests must observe ‘quiet night hours’ between 23:00 and 09:00.

- Check-out before 11:00 noon
